Which payment methods do you accept?
We use secure online payment methods to fulfil orders. You can pay through debit or credit cards, net banking, wallet or UPI. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver PAN India. You can choose the shipping method at checkout to see the estimated shipping charge and delivery partner.
Do you deliver internationally?
No. Currently, delivery is restricted to addresses within India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order using the link provided in that email.
Where can I order Zantye products online?
You can order our cashews, pistachios and almonds directly from our online shop.
What is the difference between the various cashew varieties?
Plain cashews are available in different sizes. A grade such as W210 indicates approximately 210 cashew kernels per pound, while W240 indicates approximately 240 kernels per pound. Since fewer kernels fit in the same weight, W210 cashews are larger than W240 cashews.
What is the difference between the two types of cashew packaging?
The transparent packet is an older design, while the blue packet is newer. The newer blue packets are sealed using nitrogen gas flushing machines, keeping the cashews fresh for longer.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. You can order a single packet of cashews.
